Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance of all HR Policies and procedures ensuring alliance to Global policy and localisation of them to comply with local labour law requirements
• Management, Processing and Administration of all employee records and HR templates
• Advise line managers in HR related matters such as leave requests, sick leave, etc.
• Co-ordinate the local recruitment process from obtaining all approvals for new hires and replacements, posting of vacancies and interviewing to the on-boarding of new starters
• Respond to employee queries including handling of grievances
• Manage the dismissal and disciplinary process in a fair, objective, effective and timely manner
• Exit interviews including the execution of all employee exit procedures
• Assisting Managers with policy development and implementation of training and policy
• Carry out on-boarding process and employee inductions
• Accurately update and maintain various spread sheets with regards to employee data and provide regular reports
• Maintain employee records in a confidential manner, create and maintain employee files
• Coordinate the payroll process, add new starters and leavers and apply the company’s attendance policies
• Liaise with various departments in the UK Head Office such as Global HR, Procurement, Global Operations, Finance, Legal, Operations and IT
• Manage Health & Safety for all offices as per local requirements
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or other equivalent HR qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Generalist HRM (ideally stand-alone role)
• Excellent working knowledge of current Moroccan Labour Law and the requirements of labour inspector
• Excellent communication and organisational skills In French and English language
• Experience in similar business (fast paced, complex reporting and approval structure) gained within a large contact centre required
• Strong employee relationship skills with experience of building strong trusted effective relationships with Employee and Union representatives
